Not all fields on this form are required as we know you may not have all the information at this time. However, the more information you can provide, the earlier we could arrange the booking date for you and calculate the right price.

Where would you like the course to be held?

At Brighton and Hove Community Transport location (Protran House, Boundary Road, Brighton, BN2 5TJ)

At my organisation (you will need to provide a room for the theory part of the training)

We can provide one parking bay for candidates attending the course at our premises. For groups we suggest to share the same vehicle, so we can assist. Otherwise, they need to find their own parking outside our depot. We kindly ask not to park anywhere on the car park -spaces are limited and they don’t all belong to us- Thanks!

If you would like to book the course at a different location, there will be extra charges for the travelling cost. Please provide the address the instructor needs to travel to and we will calculate the traveling cost.

The course includes a 30-45 minutes driving assessment. If your organisation has vehicles available, we always suggest using one of them for the assessment. Otherwise we will provide one of our vehicles at no extra cost. Please explain your preference:

In order for us to check the availability please provide the date/s you would like to book the course/s. We only take bookings on Wednesdays and Thursdays if the course is at our premises. You can request other weekdays if the course is at a different location.

If you don’t have any preferred dates, you can state the month or the week/s you would like to book and we will get back to you with some dates.

Once the date/s has been agreed, each candidate must complete their own MIDAS APPLICATION FORM here: https://bhct.co.uk/apply-for-a-midas-assessment/

Once the date/s has been agreed, you will receive a confirmation email from our reservation site (Checkfront). It will contain the invoice and the details of your booking. Payment must be made before the date of the course. Payment options: online payment by card, bank transfer and cheque.

Midas Cancellation Policy – Failure to turn up to the training and cancellation on the day will incur a charge of £50 per booking/candidate. Less than seven working days notice will incur a charge of £30.00 per booking/candidate. All other cancellations are subject to an administration charge of £15 per booking.
