Your community group or local organisation can join Community Transport and have access to our fleet of 20 minibuses with most of them being accessible for wheelchair users. Member organisations can book to use our minibuses on a regular basis or for one off trips. Our minibuses can be booked for as little as an hour or as long as a week or more.
A minibus can only be hired for activities by community groups and organisations which are not profit making.
You can provide a driver or we can supply one of ours. We can even train one of your staff or volunteers to be a fully qualified mini-bus driver*.
Become a Member
Apply online here if you would like to become a member of Community Transport. You will be required to pay a small annual fee starting from only £6, according to the nature of your organisation. Please check the fee list below. We will then get in touch with you about payment methods.

How to make a booking
The most simple and quick way to book a minibus is by filling an online booking request form. If you would like to fill the document manually please download this option. If you would like to edit the document on your computer please download this option. The form will need to be returned to us by post or e-mail. We can take your booking by phone but you will be required to fill and sign a booking form in any case.
